Doug Laurie-Lean, CEO
Doug Laurie-Lean is an Aeronautical Engineer and a pilot. He worked at Hawker-Siddeley Aviation, Boeing-Vertol, and Flight Research Laboratory. Mr. Laurie-Lean also worked at Department of National Defense where he was responsible for setting up the management infrastructure of the Defense Industrial Research (DIR) Program, the terms of reference, and ongoing management. Doug was working at DIR as a Project Manager. Over fifteen years, the DIR Program Office under his supervision has evaluated over 600 proposals, supported half that number and expended a total of about $100 million of support for a wide range of technologies, and has produced numerous success stories.


Michael Linderman, President, Chief Scientist, Director of Research
Michael Linderman brought to the company scientific and business acumen. He is the author of "Developing Visual Programming Applications using Smalltalk", published by Cambridge University Press.

Michael Linderman supervised all phases of the business including technology licensing, product development, intellectual property, relations with investors / shareholders and Board of Directors. Michael Linderman studied Entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan School and Project Management at George Washington University. Michael Linderman worked at USSR Academy of Science - Institute of Organic Chemistry, Karpov Institute of Physical Chemistry, and Laboratory of Mathematical Methods in Neurophysiology at Moscow State University.

Michael Linderman is the author of three awarded computer technology patents and four patent pending applications. He is the inventor of Digital Hand technology


Ken Campbell, CFO
Mr. Campbell is an experienced Certified Management Accountant. Ken has an Executive MBA and extensive experience in finance. Mr. Campbell has worked as a comptroller of a government sub-contracting organization.

He worked with teams that provided strategic financial advice to directors who were responsible for army programs totaling $235 million. Mr. Campbell provided financial advice to a training infrastructure with the latest in digital technology. He acted as the finance officer for this program where he has developed financial models for decision making and worked in an accountability framework.
